About me
Carrie is a caseworker with the Veterans Treatment Court (VTC). In her role, she assists veterans with placement in substance abuse and mental health treatment, housing, and other common barriers. Before joining United Way of Central Maryland, Carrie was an outpatient substance abuse program coordinator in Anne Arundel County. Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and recently completed her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. Carrie holds her CAC-AD with the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists and is a Certified Trauma Professional.
