About me
Lindsay Tayman, MSW is the Coordinator for the Circuit Court for Wicomico County's Adult Drug Treatment Court, a role she has ardently held since September 2013. In this position, Lindsay leads a dedicated multidisciplinary team focused on providing effective treatment and supervision services for individuals on their journey to recovery. She values the work of Problem-Solving Courts in Maryland and is committed to advancing effective treatment alternatives and services for those living with substance use and mental health disorders, particularly those interfacing with the criminal justice system.
Lindsay joined the Circuit Court for Wicomico County in 2006; and until 2013 served as Family Services Coordinator, overseeing a variety of family law matters. She has completed extensive mediation training and has played a key role in expanding Alternative Dispute Resolution services within the Circuit Court for Wicomico County, addressing issues related to child custody, divorce, child welfare, and marital property.
Lindsay actively engages in ongoing training focused on the Best Practices for Adult Treatment Courts provided by All Rise and the Maryland Judiciary’s Office of Problem-Solving Courts. In addition, she is a graduate of the inaugural class of the Maryland Judiciary's Institute for Court Management, earning her Certified Court Manager Certificate in 2011 and her Certified Court Executive Certificate in 2013. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, attending live music events, and soaking up the sun on the water and at the beach. Above all, Lindsay cherishes quality time spent making memories with her son, Braden, as well as with family and friends.
